Come and browse our multi-roomed, museum-like showroom (long a travel destination for music lovers everywhere). The fun begins at 5pm, when we'll have an open mic hosted by our friend, Dewey Longuski, NSAI Mid-Michigan Chapter Coordinator!
Want to test your performing skills? Try out some new songs or new chops in front of a live audience? Taste your very own 15 minutes of fame? Or just listen to the fresh and unexpected here in our own city? The open mic experience is for you! Any and all are heartily welcome!
Each performer gets three songs or 15 minutes - whichever comes first. Stop in early and sign up for a time slot with Dewey!
THEN at 6:30 we'll be featuring an Old-Time Music Jam hosted by Mike Ross!
If you play fiddle, banjo, guitar, mandolin, dulcimer (either kind), or anything else you can play the old tunes on - or if you'd simply enjoy being in a room humming with live music played by real human beings - come over and join us.
